I am writing because my telephone is not working.
Could you please send a technician to repair the phone ASAP?
The problem is that I have no dialling tone.
The phone wos OK yesterday but the problem started this morning.
My location is workstation 103.
Could you please send me written confirmation when the telephone is repaired.
